How verification works here
We separate what a government authority has actually published from everything else — seller claims, our own AI-assisted document reading, and things we simply haven't been able to check yet. Nothing on this platform is a legal opinion, and a good status here is not a guarantee that a property is free of risk.
The five states
- Verified
Confirmed directly against a primary government record we have current, direct access to.
- Source-supported
Derived from an authority's public page or document, reviewed by a person on our side, with a link to the original.
- Seller claim
Stated by the listing submitter. Not independently confirmed.
- AI-extracted
Pulled by our document-analysis pipeline from an uploaded document. Shown with a confidence indicator.
- Unverified
We have not independently checked this claim.
- Not found
We looked and could not find official information on this.
What we can't verify yet, and why
Ownership records (Fard) and mutation history sit behind government systems that require in-person or biometric-authenticated access — there is no public API we can call on your behalf. Pakistani court case-search systems can only be searched by case number or party name, not by plot or address, so an automated litigation check would create false confidence rather than remove risk. Where a check isn't possible, we say so and point you to how to do it yourself, rather than implying it's been done.
